Introduction: Proximal humerus fractures are 2nd most common of upper limb and 3rd overall. which were stable minimally displaced treated conservatively, unstable (3 part, 4 part) with ORIF Plate osteosynthesis. PO allows early mobilization fracture construct. Stability is contributed by the fixed angle construct prosthesis. This a prospective study aimed at knowing functional outcome in proximal PHILOS plating system.Methods: Prospective done tertiary center from June 2020 to November 2021.Over period 1.5 yrs. All patients operated same surgeon standard surgical procedure. Total number 30.
